We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruptions, and we are not responsible for any delays or service disruptions. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Website at our discretion.

Velour Designs offers custom design services and licensing options for patterns and collections:

• Custom Designs: We create bespoke designs based on your brief, including moodboards and brand aesthetics. Rates for custom work will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

• Licensing: When you purchase a design, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for use in specific products. Our licenses last for 3 years, after which you will have the option to renew.

For alterations or customisation of non-exclusive designs (e.g. changes to colour, scale), a fee of $85 + GST per hourapplies.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in AUD, and GST will be added where applicable. Payments for products and services are processed via our online store using secure payment methods.

• Custom design services require a deposit or full payment upfront, depending on the agreement.

• Digital downloads are available immediately upon payment, and access will be provided to your account or email.

7. File Delivery and Specifications

Once purchased, designs are typically delivered as high-resolution JPG files. Other formats such as PSD, AI, or PDF can be provided upon request.

Please ensure you specify any required file types at the time of purchase or within 5 business days of the purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the correct file type for your intended usage.

8. Terms of Use for Digital Downloads

By purchasing digital downloads from Velour Designs, you are granted a license to use the files for the designated purpose only (e.g., clothing production, homeware design). You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense these digital files.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these linked sites and are not responsible for their content. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms of service and privacy policies.
